Every class took part in a cricket workshop led by a coach from Devon Cricket Foundation.
Today, a coach from Devon Cricket Foundation came to Bishop and worked with each class doing a number of cricket-based activities. The children developed their batting and bowling skills through some brilliant games.
The coach also talked to the children about how to get engaged with cricket outside of school.
He was extremely impressed with how the children performed! All children were engaged and showed a great deal of resilience when learning new skills. Some children clearly demonstrated skills they have learned through their previous PE lessons and through clubs outside of school.
A big thank you to coach Niall, who said he would love to get involved with our school again in future.
