Bishopsteignton Primary School

The children at Bishop had a fantastic time taking part in their first Inter House competition of the year.  

Explorers and Adventurers completed a variety of activities which involved them practising their running, jumping and throwing skills. Our House Captains were fantastic role models and really supported them through their activities.

KS2 competed in a dodgeball tournament, each house team playing all others within their classes more than once. They were extremely competitive, and clearly thought tactically and worked as part of a team to overcome their opponents. I also saw some wonderful empathy and examples of children being good sports towards one another.

The totals from both events were added together to make a grand total.

The children have been informed of the final scores today and these are shown below:

1^st – Teign

2^nd – Dart

3^rd – Exe

4^th – Plym
