Our Year 6 pupils took part in some fantastic CPR and defibrillator training today with the charity ‘Jay’s Aim’.
The children learned how to help someone in cardiac arrest and had the chance to practise CPR using their own manikins. The session was hands-on, engaging, and potentially lifesaving!
Feedback from staff was that the children were fantastic, listened well and understood the importance of the training they were doing.
A big thank you to Jay’s Aim - a South West charity set up in memory of Jay Osborne- for delivering this important training free of charge to schools.
