    Community Champions Making Friends!

    The Community Champions had their monthly visit to Moors Park Care Home this week. Both young and old enjoyed helping each other to complete jigsaw puzzles and play dominoes.

    As they get to know each, all involved are looking forward to each visit as a special time to build friendships across the generations.
