Voyagers and Discoverers are enjoying their learning about health and fitness in their lessons this half term.
After warming up and completing different activities, everyone checked their pulse and heart rates to see the effect of the exercises they'd carried out. Voyagers and Discoverers are aiming to improve their stamina in a variety of short activity bursts, as well as also exercising for longer periods of time. Brilliant work everyone. What a fantastic start you've all made to improving your levels of fitness, muscle strength and endurance!
