• Church Visit
  We had a fantastic morning exploring the local church! Rev Dave taught us a song and a magic trick and we even had our own wedding ceremony!
• Planting!
  The Explorers have been busy planting seeds this week!
• Bee Keeping Experience
  Today, as part of our whole school focus on Sustainability, we had a Bee Keeping experience from the Newton Abbot Beekeeping Association!
• Recycle Devon Workshop ♻️
  The Explorers were great at working together to become mini beasts in the compost bin during our visit from @recycle.devon!
• Sharing Stories
  The Inventors chose to spend some quality time with the Explorers as part of their reward for winning the AR Star reading. The Explorers enjoyed sharing stories and being read to by their buddies and older friends!
• Earth Day 2025
  The Explorers carried out a range of fun activities to commemorate Earth Day!
• Police Visit
  The Explorers had a great time with our local community police officers on Monday when they came to visit as part of our People Who Help Us topic.
• Signs of Spring
  In October we planted daffodil bulbs which were kindly given to us by Jacks Patch to celebrate their 60th anniversary. The children are now able to enjoy the results around the school!
• The Easter Story
  In Religious Education this half term Explorers have been learning about the key events of Holy Week and Easter.
• British Science Week
  The Explorers learnt all about camouflage as part of Science Week and were great at making predictions during our investigation!
