• Art - Printmaking
  This week in art, the Discoverers and Voyagers explored the exciting world of printmaking!
• Singing
  The Explorers enjoyed their first music session, taught by Mrs Wall.
• Exploding Leaflet Research
  As part of our 'Extreme Earth' Topic this half term, Pioneers and Inventors are creating exploding leaflets in their Literacy lessons to inform the reader all about how volcanoes are formed and what their key features are.
• Firework Fun!
  The Preschool children have been great at talking about fireworks and firework safety this week!
• PE
  Voyagers and Discoverers are enjoying their learning about health and fitness in their lessons this half term.
• Terrific Teeth
  To start our learning about the human digestive system, we spent a lesson learning all about our teeth.
• Forest School
  KS1 had their first Forest School of the year and we were blessed with lovely weather and lots of lovely mud!
• Perfect publishing!
  To complete our learning in Computing lessons this half term, Voyagers and Discoverers thought about the benefits of desktop publishing and refined their designing skills. 
• Investigating addition and subtraction
  This half term, Voyagers and Discoverers have been learning different methods to add and subtract. This week Year 4 explored choosing the best method to add and subtract by looking carefully at the numbers before calculating.
• Happy Diwali!
  We have been learning about the Hindu festival of Diwalli which is being celebrated around the world this week.
