  Discoverers and Voyagers had a brilliant day full of activities run by our visiting author, poet and illustrator, Kev Payne.

  KS1 children were treated to a visit from the author, illustrator and poet Kev Payne.
• St John's church comes to Bishop
  The children in KS1 were delighted to welcome Reverend Carol and Peter from St. John's Church as they learnt more about religion in their community.
• Visit to the St John the Baptist C of E Church
  As part of our RE learning and looking at Religion in the community, we were lucky enough to reenact a baptism at St John the Baptist C of E church.
• Summer Fayre
  This year, Inventors and Pioneers were a big part of the Summer Fayre!

  We have been getting messy in KS1 making our own seed paper!
• Helping and sharing with our community
  This week the KS1 made seed paper out of scrap paper and bee friendly wildflower seeds to share with our community
• Multi-media artists
  This week, Inventors and Pioneers have been combining their superb photography skills with their own sketches.
• A cocoon is what he’s spinning for his home....
  Much excitement has been had watching the caterpillars munch away on their food!

  A huge congratulations to all children who took part in Sports Day, and well done to Exe for defending their title from last year.
